1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using the ReportNest website and application services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access and use most features of ReportNest, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such details. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account session tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Fees

Some aspects of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.

  • Billing Processor: All subscription transactions, currency payments, and customer invoicing are securely managed via Dodo Payments.
  • Trial Plan: Our Starter plan includes the first month free of charge. No credit card is required to sign up for the trial, and you will not be billed unless you explicitly upgrade.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. When cancelled, your access to premium plan limits (like active client numbers and white-label branding) will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Dodo Payments merchant terms and will be reviewed individually.

4. Acceptable Use and Plan Limits

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose. You must respect the limitations of your active plan:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 1 client record and standard reports. Email delivery and AI summary features are locked.
  • Starter Plan: Limited to 5 client records and standard email delivery. Custom AI summaries are allowed.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited client records, email delivery, custom AI summaries, and full white-label branding support.

5. Custom AI API Keys

If you use the AI Executive Summary generation feature, you are required to configure your own AI API key from a supported provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, or Together AI). We are not responsible for any usage charges, token consumption, account limits, or downtime originating from your third-party AI provider.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReportNest, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ReportNest operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
